God is not going to get rid for you, those dirty and unwanted thoughts streaming through your head. It's your own responsibility to keep your mind sanitised. 

You must set up heavy guard in your mind and expel immediately any ideas that do not line up with God's words. Just take charge of your mind.

We all have to learn how to guard our minds from unwanted elements like the writer of proverbs observes in the bible.
